Compare 2 Areas

View summary statistics for your two chosen areas to allow comparisons to be made between the two.

Area One

Compare 2 Areas Help

This report allows you to make comparisons between two areas, not necessarily within the same Area Type, for all the core indicators.

An example could be to see the values for all the core indicators available for the Local Authority, 'Edinburgh, City of' compared against those for the Health Board 'Fife'.

You will be offered a choice of Area Type and Specific Area for the first area in the comparison. Then you will be requested to fill in the second Area Type and Specific Area of the comparison. For both areas, there will be a 'Show Map' button which will present you with a map of the area chosen.

The report displays the statistics in tabular format, with the core indicators down the left, grouped into topics. The two different areas chosen are listed across the page.

A map can be displayed for both areas by pressing the 'Map' tab.
